Please ask for a AVL Form if you would like an AVL Card. Fill the form out and return it to us for a card.
Teachers may ask for a Class AVL form for an entire class.
Please allow 1 day for these cards to be activated and available.

Click on AVL FORM to print a form to bring to the Library Media Center.
